Jerzy Kolasiński, M.D.,Ph.D.

Dr. Jerzy Kolasinski a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and European Academy of Cosmetic Surgery is the founder and director of Hair Clinic Poznan in Swarzedz, Poland. He is an active and board member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and the American Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. He was vice president and board member of the European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery in 2000 – 2002

During his 22 years of practicing cosmetic surgery, he has performed more than 10 000 cosmetic procedures including: hair transplantation, scalp reduction, liposuction, breast augmentation, breast reduction, abdominoplasty, eyelid surgery and ear surgery, fat transfer, chemical peel, vein surgery and others.

Dr Jerzy Kolasinski has elaborated his own technique of hair transplantation, which is very fast and precise. It is based on placing hair grafts immediately after incision. The use of this technique gives the following benefits: appropriate direction of hair regrowth is achieved, bleeding is reduced, desired density of graft distribution is achieved and this stage of surgery is significantly shortened. The technique of Dr Kolasinski makes placing of 2000-3000 grafts possible in 3 hours!

Dr Kolasinski is an author of more than 115 articles and presentations concerning hair restoration surgery.

Małgorzata Kolenda, M.D.,Ph.D.

An expert surgeon who has been cooperating with the Kolasinski Clinic since 1994. Her 13-year-long experience in aesthetic surgery abounds in numerous surgeries of hair transplantation, ear correction, breast augmentation and reduction, abdominoplasty and liposuction aimed at modelling body shape. She has also participated in many professional trainings in the field of breast surgeries, chemical abrasion of the skin and the treatment of facial wrinkles both in the USA and Western Europe. She has performed many surgeries of renewing of skin such as chemical and mechanic peelings, botox injections and filling wrinkles with various wrinkle fillers. As a pioneer, she has performed the first Blue Peel Peeling in Poland after being trained by dr Obagi in California, USA.
She is also a founder and currently the president of the Polish Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery as well as a board member of the Polish Society of Anti-Aging Medicine.
She is an author and coauthor of many lectures delivered and papers published in reputable Polish and foreign magazines devoted to hair restoration and aesthetic surgery.
She is also a lecturer at the College of Cosmetology in Poznań providing the lectures on aesthetic surgery.

Professor Marek Napiontek, M.D.,Ph.D.

A specialist of orthopeadic surgery and traumatology of the motion system. A lecturer at the Department of Paediatric Orthopaedics at the Institute of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Medical Academy in Poznan. He is author of dozens of research papers published in Polish and foreign medical journals. He is a member of the Polish Orthopaedic and Traumatological Society, European Paediatric Orthopaedic Society and Societe Internationale de Chirurgie Orthopedique et de Traumatologie. Dr Napiontek cooperates with Hair Clinic Poznañ from many years. He specialises in orthopaedic procedures in children with feet malformations and with cerebral palsy.

Dariusz Szpurek, M.D., Ph.D.

Specialist in obstetrics and gynecology; works in the Department of Gynecological Surgery, Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. Authority in the field of oncological surgery and gynecological endoscopy. He is the author of more than 100 scientific articles published in Polish and English Language journals such as: European Journal of Gynaecological Oncology, International Journal of Gynecological Cancer, International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Member of numerous gynecological societies : Polish Gynecological Society, European Society of Gynecological Endoscopy, International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology and European Society of Contraception.
Assoc. Prof. Szpurek actively took part in different conferences and congresses in the field of gynecological surgery, oncological surgery and reconstructive surgery (e.g. XI Congress of Gynecological Endocrinology- Florence, Italy 2004). He has advanced experience in the field of aesthetic  and reconstructive gynecology. He has very good contact with patients.

Anna Modelska – Ziółkiewicz, M.D., Ph.D.

Specjalista chorób wewnętrznych. Absolwentka Akademii Medycznej w Poznaniu. Szkolenie podyplomowe odbyła na Uniwersytecie Medycznym Tomasza Jeffersona w Filadelfii w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Głównym tematem jej zainteresowań jest otyłość, gospodarka, zaburzenia produkcji i suplementacji DHEA oraz profilaktyka zdrowotna.

Z Kliniką Kolasiński współpracuje od 2002 roku. Aktywnie uczestniczy w konferencjach i szkoleniach poświęconych tematyce medycyny anti-aging. Pełni funkcję Prezesa Polskiego Towarzystwa Medycyny Anti-Aging oraz członka zarządu Europejskiego Towarzystwa Medycyny Anti-Aging.

Małgorzata Mackiewicz – Wysocka, M.D., Ph.D.

Małgorzata Mackiewicz-Wysocka is a graduate of Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences (2001). She was awarded MD, PhD in 2002 and now specializes in dermatology and venereology (2008). She has been employed in the Dermatology Clinic at Poznań University of Medical Sciences. She has been an author of more than 20 scientific publications on dermatology and oncology. In 1997 she served her residency in Eppley Cancer Center, at the University of Nebraska State, USA, and in Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, USA. In 2001-2002 she served her residnecy program on surgical treatment of skin lesions at Wielkopolska Center of Oncology in Poznań. She is a member of the Polish Association of Dermatology and Polish Society of Experimental and Clinical Immunology. She attended numerous courses on esthetic dermatologic surgery in the Center for Esthetic Dermatology in Łódź. Her professional interests concentrate mainly on preventive treatment and the treatment of early phases of melanoma of the skin as well as the latest therapeutic methods applied in esthetic dermatology.

They use the newest techniques and the most modern methods of general and block anaesthesia. They specialise in anaesthesia of the youngest patients of our clinic. Professionalism and sensibility are the qualities observed in they work.

Mariola Reszke

Ms Reszke has worked at Hair Clinic Poznan since 1987 and so is one of the pillars of the clinic. As scrub nurse she not only assists surgeons at operation, but is also responsible for smooth functioning of the entire operational block. Her conscientiousness and hard work makes co-operation with Ms Reszke a real pleasure. She has always plenty of time and sympathy for patients.

Mrs Grupka has run the office of Hair Clinic Poznan since 1990. Devoted to her work, she is always willing to give out any information on all procedures which are carried out at the Clinic. Conscientious and always calm, Mrs Grupka creates a wonderful atmosphere which allows our patients to feel at ease form the very first moment of their stay at Hair Clinic Poznan.
