The meeting of the Polish Society of Anti-Aging Medicine took place in the Kolasinski Clinic on March 26, 2006. It was headed by Anna Modelska-Ziółkiewicz. M.D. – the president of the Society and a Polish delegate to the European Society of Anti-Aging Medicine.The scientific paper delivered by professor Maciej Kurpisz aroused the greatest interest among the participants. It was devoted to the aging theories and the mechanisms responsible for the process alone.Dr Modelska also reported the latest news brought directly from Paris where 22-26 March 2006 the European Congress of Anti-Aging Medicine took place.The participants of the meeting all agreed that it was necessary to develop further this new branch of medicine.We can observe with great satisfaction that anti-aging medicine is widely used in our clinic and the number of patients taking advantage of its benefits is still growing.
