Once every three years the Board of the biggest hair restoration society in the world, i.e. ISHRS meets together to lay out a new course of action for the Society. During the two-day sessions the Board Members discussed boisterously what worked good and what should be changed in the Society. The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery aims at both training doctors in terms of this specialty as well as making the public worldwide aware of the role of hair restoration surgeries in the contemporary reality. The interest in hair restoration surgeries is growing considerably in such countries as China or India. The ISHRS participates actively in the training process in these regions. The meeting in Miami (Florida, USA) had a very interesting agenda supplemented with numerous social meetings. Dr Jerzy Kolasinski took part in the sessions as well. Over the last two years of his term he contributed a lot to the Board tasks.
